JENAVEVE BIERNAT
Jenaveve Biernat, (she/her) is both the owner and lead massage therapist at Meta Physica Wellness Center.
A graduate of the Hirudaya Holistic Life Center in Los Osos, California and Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield Michigan, she has over 1000 hours of training and has been practicing the art of massage since 2003. Jenaveve offers custom therapeutic body work based on the individual client's needs. Traditional swedish, deep tissue and hot stone cupping are the primary services she offers to provide relaxation and to relieve tension, stress and discomfort. Elements of thai massage, stretching and gua sha are incorporated into each session if necessary or desired. Jenaveve's goal is to enhance the general well being of each client while providing a safe and comfortable environment.
