CRYSTAL
Crystal (she/they) is an intuitive energy and body work practitioner. They have a holistic approach to massage that complements the body’s own ability to heal. She has been practicing bodywork since 2013 and has gone on to attend training/apprenticeships in craniosacral therapy, abdominal massage, and somatic meditation. She incorporates elements of cupping, myofascial work, acupressure, and energetic balancing (by request) into sessions as appropriate. Her craniosacral therapy education is through the Upledger Institute and she has been practicing since 2016.
